Installation Process Step 1 of ALIF Magnetic Sensor
Step 1

1. Loosen the screws on the steel strap upwards.

2. Leave 3 to 4 turns of screw teeth on the lower end of the screw in the nut.

Installation Process Step 2 of ALIF Magnetic Sensor

1. Pass the fixing steel strip through the via hole at the bottom of the sensor or Place the screw head in the screw slot of the collet.

3. Pass the steel belt around the cylinder and tighten the steel belt.

4. Make a mark on the round hole of the nearest PIN on the steel strip.

1. Loosen the steel belt.

2. Cut the steel strip at the positions of the two holes after the marked holes.


Installation Process Step 4 of ALIF Magnetic Sensor
Step 4

1. Insert the cut strip into the strip slot in the collet.

2. Put the marked hole on the collet PIN.

3. Use your thumb to push down the steel strip along the collet to bend the steel strip.

4. Assemble the switch and the cylinder as shown in the figure, adjust the switch sensing position, and tighten the screws to fix it.
